Release Notes Highlights: Exciting enhancements are on the horizon! Sprint Planning and Capacity Planning for Jira, and Backlog refinement and Sprint planning will soon be providing options to adjust each sprint capacity with Personal days off, Team days off and Adjusted team member capacity.

This will allow to adjust the capacity of the team per sprint responding to changing conditions, and to provide even more accurate ways for planning the sprint without exceeding the team’s capacity.

Select team's days off

Manage your team's workload more efficiently by selecting specific days off. This new functionality enables you to designate off days for each team member, ensuring accurate sprint planning and resource allocation. Adjust timelines and expectations seamlessly to accommodate holidays or personal time off, leading to more realistic project timelines and balanced workloads.
